We went to the doctors yesterday morning, and yes, he has an ear infection. They said it was really bad, that they were surprised his ear drum didn't rupture.
As a mom, for me, it makes me feel bad that I didn't look at that any worse in the beginning then I did. But he didn't show any symptoms until Friday....and all that was was a fever. As soon as he started to act worse I called the doctor.
Well, they put him on Augmentin and as of 3 pm today he was still running 103.5 fever. I'm sure he'll get rid of it soon, but it makes me sad to see him sick.

We just went through a round of bronchitis and pink-eye here at our house so I feel for you! Ear infections are particularly sneaky devils! I used to get them all the time as a kid, I even ended up having tubes put in my ears.
